Pneumatic transport in the confectionery industry: almonds for “panettoni” and sugar grains for brioches

 

In this video we present two pneumatic conveying applications made for a leading company in Italy and worldwide in the production of industrial confectionery products.
The first system is dedicated to decorate traditional Christmas panettone with almonds.
The vibrator underneath the collection container is essential to spread the product in a way that facilitates suction.

The second system deals with the finishing of brioches with sugar grains.

– vertical distance 3 m
– horizontal distance 3 m
– electrical power employed: side channel blower 2,2 Kw
– 300 mc/h
– delta pressure 250 mbar
