Suction in production lines
Suction unit consisting of three turbines with the following characteristics:
- 1150 mc/h flow rate
- -250 mbar vacuum
- 12.5 kW of installed power
The purpose of this application is to create a vacuum inside a conveyor belt, characterised by continuous perforations: the vacuum makes it possible to keep the products running on it stationary, in this case biscuits, and also to recover any waste or residues. In this case, the application recovers the sugar topping that falls or exceeds on the biscuit, allowing it to be reused and avoiding waste.
This application has another feature: a filtration system inside the silos that performs the automatic cleaning: the filtering cartridges are in fact cleaned automatically with a counter-current shot.
